Application
Type 4 gas engines incorporate proven technical features from our type 3 and type 6 engines.   • The flexible arrangement of a heat exchanger and two-oil plate heat exchanger on demand offer heat recovery with maximum thermal efficiency, even at high and fluctuating return temperatures.
  • The TecJet? gas dosing valve offers a high degree of electronic control and accuracy, rapid response time and adjustment of air/gas ratio, and a large adjustable calorific value range.
  • A four-valve cylinder head optimizes swirl and channel geometry with advanced calculation and simulation methods that minimizes charge-exchange losses. A central spark-plug position enables optimal cooling and combustion.
  • The crack connecting rodproven in the automotive industryprovides high dimensional stability and accuracy, reduced connecting rod bearing wear, and easy maintenance in our powerful stationary engines.
